How much does it 1-2-1 coaching cost?

The investment depends on a few factors: whether we work online or in-person, your location, how many sessions you can do each week, and how much accountability you’d need between sessions. It’s all completely tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to start? Do I need to lose weight?

Absolutely not. You don’t need to change anything about yourself to begin working with me. I welcome all bodies, shapes, and sizes. My approach is inclusive, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you feel at home in your body, no matter where you’re starting. We’ll work together to build strength, mobility, and confidence, without pressure or judgment.

What if I’m not sure this is for me?

This is a commitment and an investment in your well-being. It’s best suited for women who are ready to prioritise themselves and are looking for long-term change. I don’t offer trials, as it takes time to create a personalised plan that truly works for you. That said, there’s a lot of flexibility and feedback involved. If you don’t feel it’s the right fit within the first month, we can discuss your options.

Can this program be done online, or do you only work in-person?

Both options are available! I work with clients in-person, traveling to their homes, or online, offering the same personalised sessions through video calls. Some clients prefer a mix of both, which can be especially helpful if they travel or have busy schedules. For example, some clients have joined online sessions with me from their hotel rooms during business trips—it’s all about making it work for you.

What if I have injuries or health conditions?

If you have injuries, I recommend consulting with your doctor or physiotherapist first to make sure you’re cleared for movement practices like Pilates, yoga, or breathwork. While I don’t specialise in injury recovery, I’ve worked with clients managing knee injuries, scoliosis, and back pain, tailoring sessions to support their recovery and well-being.

What kind of results I can expect?

This depends on your goals, but from the very first session, you’ll feel more connected to your body. Many clients notice significant changes within three weeks, such as less pain or more mobility. By three months, you may feel stronger, more relaxed, and more at ease in your body. For long-term clients, a full transformation can be achieved in a year, with habits built to last a lifetime. Every session contributes to helping your body feel amazing.

How is this different from things I’ve tried before?

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Each session is designed just for you, combining movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and body acceptance. I adapt every session to your energy, mood, and needs on the day, creating a supportive and kind environment that prioritizes how your body feels.

I’m not a personal trainer yelling at you to push harder or go faster. I don’t believe in “no pain, no gain,” and I’m not here to promise quick fixes or instant results. Real, lasting change takes time, and I’m here to guide you on a journey that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering.

How much time do I need to commit?

This depends on where you are now and where you’d like to be. During your consultation, we’ll determine how many sessions you might need per week. Some clients start with twice-weekly sessions for six months, while others need once a week for three months. It’s all about what works best for your goals and schedule.
