    Plan: Twice a week for eight months, focusing on strength, mobility, breathing , mindset and goal setting hikes

    Focus: Pain relief, full-body alignment, and building endurance and mobility for long hikes.

    Results: Pain was significantly reduced in two months, and she began enjoying physical activities again. By eight months, pain was completely replaced by strength, she could easily hike for an entire day . IN tune with her body, she now practices yoga daily out of love for movement & attends group classes regularly.
